Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EasyAI.net ("EasyAI," the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), located at www.easyai.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether using free tools or a paid Premium subscription.

Description of Service

EasyAI provides a collection of AI-powered tools designed to help users with everyday tasks including photo identification, text analysis, writing assistance, and other utility functions. The Service includes:

  • Free tools: Available to all users without an account, subject to daily usage limits.
  • Free accounts: Registered users receive increased daily usage limits and access to additional features.
  • Premium subscriptions: Paid subscribers receive the highest usage limits, priority processing, and access to premium-exclusive tools.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

All results produced by EasyAI tools are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated results:

  • Are not professional advice. EasyAI results do not constitute medical, legal, financial, veterinary, entomological, or any other form of professional advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on AI-generated results.
  • May contain errors. AI models can and do produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. Results should be independently verified before relying on them.
  • Are not a substitute for professional consultation. If you have a medical concern, consult a doctor. If you have a legal question, consult a lawyer. If you find a potentially dangerous insect or plant, contact a professional pest control or poison control service.

Specific disclaimers for certain tool categories:

  • Medical tools (Pill Identifier, Medical Bill Explainer, Symptom Checker): Results are not medical diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
  • Financial tools (Bill Negotiator, Value Estimator): Results are not financial advice. Consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.
  • Identification tools (Bug Identifier, Plant Doctor, Bird Identifier, Mushroom Identifier): AI identification can be wrong. Never consume, handle, or make safety decisions about wildlife, plants, or fungi based solely on an AI identification.
  • Scam detection tools (Scam Checker, Email Decoder, Too Good to Be True): Results indicate probability, not certainty. A message flagged as safe could still be a scam, and a message flagged as suspicious could be legitimate. Use your own judgment and verify independently.

User Accounts

When you create an account with EasyAI, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information (specifically, a valid email address)
  • Maintain the security of your account by protecting access to the email address used for authentication
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your account
  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Premium Subscriptions

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the subscription fee at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Premium access continues through the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice to you. Continued use of the Premium service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. If you believe you were charged in error or have experienced a significant service disruption, contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EasyAI to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls through automated means, proxy accounts, or any other method
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Service using automated tools (other than standard search engine crawlers)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Use the tools to generate content intended to harm, defraud, or deceive others
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs without our written permission
  • Submit malicious content designed to manipulate, attack, or exploit the AI model (prompt injection, jailbreaking, etc.)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use policies, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Our intellectual property

The EasyAI website, including its design, code, branding, logos, tool names, and original written content (blog posts, descriptions, marketing copy), is owned by EasyAI.net and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to EasyAI tools (photos, text, audio). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing you with tool results. This license terminates immediately when processing is complete — we do not retain your submitted content.

AI-generated outputs

Results generated by our AI tools are provided to you for your personal use. You may use, share, or publish AI-generated results at your own discretion and risk. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated outputs, but we also provide no warranty regarding their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • EASYAI AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
  • THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE LIABILITY IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyAI.net and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Any content you submit to the Service

Third-Party Services

EasyAI uses third-party services to operate. Your use of EasyAI may be subject to the terms and policies of:

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • If you have a Premium subscription, cancellation and refund terms above apply
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification) shall survive

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyAI.net regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
