EasyAI is built to be as privacy-friendly as possible. Here's the short version:

  • Photos and text submitted to one-off tools are processed in real time and not stored by EasyAI after the result is delivered.
  • Tool inputs are sent directly to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not train its models on API data by default, but its standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • EasyAI does not currently load advertising or analytics tags.
  • If you create an account, we store your email and profile records. Completed Ask AI conversations are automatically saved while you are signed in, and favorites are stored when you add them so both can work across devices.
  • If you subscribe to Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number.

Who We Are

EasyAI.net ("EasyAI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at www.easyai.net and all associated services, tools, and applications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and AI-powered tools.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • One-off tool inputs: When you use an AI tool, you may submit text, photos, or other content. This content is sent directly to OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Luna model to generate the result. EasyAI does not retain one-off tool inputs after processing.
  • Saved Ask AI conversations and favorites: While you are signed in, EasyAI automatically saves each completed Ask AI conversation to your account. When you add a favorite, we save its tool identifier. Saved records include conversation text, the tool identifier, title, and timestamps. Photos are not part of saved chat history.
  • Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address. We use magic link authentication — we never ask for or store passwords.
  • New-tool updates sign-up: If you enter your email address on a tool result screen, we store that email address, which tool you used it on, and that you signed up there. We use it only to tell you when new tools launch, and you can ask us to remove it at any time via the Contact Us section below.
  • Contact form: If you send us a message through our contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, and message in our Supabase database so our team can read and reply to you. We also store a hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user agent string alongside the message; these are used only for abuse prevention (rate limiting and spam filtering). We use your email address only to reply to you — never for marketing.
  • Payment information: If you subscribe to EasyAI Premium, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never receive, process, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics data: EasyAI does not currently load analytics tags. If analytics is introduced later, this policy and the site's consent controls will be updated before collection begins.
  • Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel, Inc.) automatically collects standard server log data including IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs accessed, HTTP status codes, and user agent strings. These logs are retained according to Vercel's data retention policies and are used solely for security monitoring and debugging.
  • Rate limiting and cost-control data: We track daily counts, short-window request counts, temporary in-flight request tokens, and estimated or actual cost units. These records are keyed by a salted network hash or authenticated user ID and do not contain your tool content. We send OpenAI a separate SHA-256 safety identifier derived from that internal identity; it does not contain your raw email address or IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve our AI tools and website
  • To process your tool inputs and return AI-generated results
  • To manage your account and subscription, if applicable
  • To automatically save and retrieve completed Ask AI conversations while you are signed in, and to store favorites you add
  • To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
  • To communicate with you about your account or subscription (transactional emails only)
  • To notify you when new tools launch, if you signed up for that on a tool result screen
  • To read and reply to messages you send us through the contact form
  • To comply with legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate our service:

  • OpenAI (AI processing): Your tool inputs are sent directly to OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Luna model. EasyAI sets store: false and disables provider prompt caching for these requests. Those settings do not remove OpenAI's standard abuse-monitoring retention: OpenAI says API data is not used to train its models by default, while abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days. Images flagged by OpenAI's safety systems may be retained for manual review. See OpenAI's API data controls and privacy policy.
  • Vercel (hosting): Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel processes server requests and may collect standard server log data.
  • Supabase (authentication & database): Account profiles, saved Ask AI conversations, favorites, limiter records, subscription records, email sign-ups, and contact form submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase also provides authentication.
  • Stripe (payments): If you subscribe to Premium, Stripe processes your payment. We share your email address with Stripe to create a customer record. Stripe handles all payment credentials directly.

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Retention

  • One-off tool inputs (photos and text): Not retained by EasyAI after processing. OpenAI's standard abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days, and its image-safety review exception may apply.
  • Saved Ask AI history: Retained until you delete it, delete saved account data, or the oldest sessions are trimmed after the account reaches 200 saved sessions.
  • Favorites: Retained until you remove them or delete saved account data.
  • Account profile: Retained while the account is active. You can request full account deletion through the contact form.
  • Cost-control records: In-flight tokens expire after the request window; burst windows and daily cost rows are designed for routine cleanup after they are no longer needed for enforcement.
  • New-tool updates sign-ups: Retained until you ask us to remove them via the Contact Us section below.
  • Contact form messages: Retained for up to 12 months after your message is resolved, then deleted. Associated abuse-prevention data (hashed IP address and user agent) is deleted with the message. You can request earlier deletion at any time via the contact form.
  • Subscription data: Retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus any period required for billing reconciliation or legal compliance.
  • Analytics data: EasyAI does not currently collect analytics data because analytics tags are not loaded.
  • Server logs: Retention is controlled by Vercel and the configuration of EasyAI's hosting account.

Cookies & Browser Storage

EasyAI uses the following cookies and browser storage:

  • Sign-in storage: If you sign in, your sign-in state is kept in your browser's local storage — not a cookie — so you stay signed in between visits. This is functional storage necessary for the service to work.
  • Favorites storage: Before sign-in, favorites are stored in your browser. When you sign in and sync them, favorite tool identifiers are also stored in your account.
  • Analytics and advertising storage: EasyAI does not currently set analytics or advertising storage. Any future introduction will require the applicable consent controls and a corresponding policy update.

EasyAI does not currently load advertising. We will update this policy and provide the applicable consent controls before enabling advertising cookies or personalized advertising.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and associated data.
  • Portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt out: Where optional analytics or advertising is introduced later, you can refuse or withdraw consent through the controls provided at that time.

Children's Privacy

EasyAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all connections
  • Authenticated API endpoints with row-level security on database tables
  • One-off tool inputs are not stored by EasyAI after processing; completed Ask AI conversations are saved when you are signed in
  • Stripe PCI-compliant payment processing (we never handle card data)
  • Magic link authentication (no passwords stored)

No system is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data in transit or at rest.

International Users

Our service providers may process data in countries other than the one where you live. Their privacy terms and applicable data-protection laws govern those transfers. Contact us if you need information about a specific provider or transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of EasyAI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
