Information you provide directly

  • Tool inputs: When you use our AI tools, you may submit text, photos, audio files, or other content. This content is sent to our AI processing service (currently powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to generate your result. We do not store your tool inputs after processing is complete. Inputs are transmitted, processed, and discarded in real-time.
  • Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address. We use magic link authentication — we never ask for or store passwords.
  • Payment information: If you subscribe to EasyAI Premium, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never receive, process, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 (property ID: G-60R0S0N7ME) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, device type, browser, approximate geographic location (country/region level), and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel, Inc.) automatically collects standard server log data including IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs accessed, HTTP status codes, and user agent strings. These logs are retained according to Vercel's data retention policies and are used solely for security monitoring and debugging.
  • Rate limiting data: We track usage counts (by anonymous session or by authenticated user ID) to enforce daily tool usage limits. This data is functional only and does not include the content of your tool interactions.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve our AI tools and website
  • To process your tool inputs and return AI-generated results

  • Vercel (hosting): Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel processes server requests and may collect standard server log data.
  • Supabase (authentication & database): Account data and subscription records are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Supabase provides our authentication service.
  • Stripe (payments): If you subscribe to Premium, Stripe processes your payment. We share your email address with Stripe to create a customer record. Stripe handles all payment credentials directly.
  • Google (analytics): Anonymized usage data is collected by Google Analytics as described above.

We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Retention

  • Tool inputs (photos, text, audio): Not retained. Discarded immediately after processing.
  • Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
  • Subscription data: Retained for as long as your subscription is active, plus any period required for billing reconciliation or legal compliance.
  • Analytics data: Retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months for user-level data).
  • Server logs: Retained according to Vercel's standard retention period (typically 30 days).

Cookies

EasyAI uses the following cookies:

  • Authentication cookies: If you sign in, a session cookie is set to maintain your login state. This is a functional cookie necessary for the service to work.
  • Google Analytics cookies: _ga and _ga_* cookies are used to distinguish unique users and track sessions. These are analytics cookies. You can opt out as described above.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or retargeting tags.

International Users

EasyAI is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using EasyAI, you consent to this transfer. We process data in accordance with applicable laws.
